Join us in our mission to improve the quality of life for people with developmental disabilities through community activities and advocacy.

The Arc of Greater Williamsburg is a local non-profit 501(c)3, that serves adults with disabilities. We are a chapter of The Arc of the United States and The Arc of Virginia. “The Arc is there when the school bus stops coming.” This tagline helps to denote that when young adults age out of special education at age 21, The Arc of GW is there to provide programs and activities for these amazing people!

Position Open: Van Drivers for The Arc of Greater Williamsburg

The Arc is seeking volunteers and/or part-time contract positions who can drive clients to and from evening activities or in support of our Wheels4Work employment program using The Arc’s vans. Please contact Pam McGregor at pam.mcgregor@thearcgw.org if you are interested in learning more.  Background and DMV checks are completed and paid for by The Arc.
